Bob Shaw is the President and owner of East/West Properties, Inc., which owns and manages over 100 cash flow properties in New York and California . Bob is an active rehabber with over 50 properties rehabbed and sold. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State .  

Bob is a wealth of experience and knowledge.  He has been coaching wealth building and real estate for over 2 years.   

Bob holds a BA degree from Cornell University and an MBA degree from Harvard University. 

Jim Kaspari

Jim Kaspari has been investing in real estate for over 10 years, managing various cash flow properties and successfully completing two development projects.  

Jim is president and owner of To Your Wealth, LLC – a company dedicated to helping clients build their wealth through starting and building their own businesses, and real estate investing.  He has written several articles on real estate investing, given classes on cash flow property investing, and has coached wealth clients for over two years in 4 different countries.  

Jim holds a BS degree from UC Davis and has completed upped division coursework at MIT and UC Berkeley.

Socorro Curiel

Socorro Curiel is an active real estate investor and has been investing for over 10 years.  She currently owns and manages various properties in California and New York. 

In addition to investing, Socorro has been teaching real estate investing for over 5 years.  She owns JumpStartREI.com, an online education company that offers training and coaching to people looking to get started with real estate investing.  She has written several articles and e-books on learning to invest in real estate.
